Hakuba Happo-one Ski Resort
This ski resort was a stage for the 1998 Winter Olympics with the downhill race. Cafes and restaurants double the pleasure of this ski resort.
The Rissen Slalom run is more than 3 km long and is enjoyable to go down making it Happoone's most popular run.
Since all courses are constantly groomed, so the course maintenance is always in its optimum condition.

Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort
This ski course is situated amidst the Northem Alps. and is complete with three slopes...Alps-daira, Toomi and Iimori.

Hakuba Minetaka Ski Resort
The compact slopes are waiting for you.You will want to make this your home ski ground.
Ride up the Romance Chair lift to the top where you can see a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. These wide slopes provide a certain degree of challenge and are perfect for beginners to intermediate skiers. This ski hill is known not to be too crowded.

Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort
There is The Tsugaike Kogen Ski Resort in Otari Village. With 27 lifts and a 3.6km long course, the Tsugaike Kogen resort is the largest in Otari village. The resort has a vertical drop of 880 meters (1680m-800m) and 12 varied courses.

Japanese Culture
Matsumoto Castle
Is one of Japan historic castles. Located in the city of Matsumoto, in Nagano
Prefecture, it is within easy reach of Tokyo and Hakuba, making it popular
with visitors to Hakuba. This castle is also called Crow Castle because of
its black walls and spreading wings.
Zenkoji Temple
Nagano City is also famous for a 7th century Buddhist temple, Zenkoji ,
built in 1897, the town built around the temple. Zenkoji is perhaps most
famous for its involvement in the battles between Uesugi Kenshin and Takeda
Shingen in the 16th century, when it served as one of Kenshin's bases of
operations.
The Monkey Onsen
Part of the Joshin-Etsu Kogen National Park, Jigokudani Yaen-koen is in
a small valley accessed from Hakuba. It is famous for its large population
of wild Snow Monkeys, that go to the valley during the winter, foraging elsewhere
in the national park during the warmer months.
Tourist Information Desk
The one-day tours to Matsumoto castile, Zenkoji temple, and Wild monkey hotsprings from hakuba are available for groups and individuals.
