Thank you very much for choosing us.  We will respond to your booking request within 3 days from the time that we have received it.  If you have any inquiries, please be specific and note in Questions/Comments.  Please provide us your flight information (airline, flight number, arrival date, arrival time, and destination) by e-mail if you request a pick-up service from airport.

• Deposit
  30% deposit is required within 10 days of booking confirmation.
• Final payment
  Final payment is required 30 days prior to booking commencement.
• Payment and method
  All prices are in JPY. Bank transfer.
• Cancellation Policy
  under 90 days deposit is forfeited, under 30 days 40% refunded, under 14 days no refund.
